CASE #1: Caucasian female, age 58, severe photodamage concentrated on nose, cheeks, and forehead

Doctor’s Notes: Patient presented with severe hyperpigmentation related to lifelong UV damage from daily outdoor activity and frequent use of UV tanning beds. Hyperpigmentation took form of numerous dark brown spots and large areas of mixed discoloration.
